The Outrigger charter boat was built in 1993 by Bob Sullivan in Point Harbor, North Carolina. She is a 51 foot custom Carolina Spotfisher powered by twin 500 hp engines. With a cruising speed of 25 knots, she is a very comfortable outer banks charter fishing machine. The Outrigger is outfitted with all of your angler's needs; A/C & heated cabin, TV/VCR, stereo/CD, microwave, generator and full navigation/commsunications/fishfinder package. Duck's Annual Fourth of July Parade

The one-mile parade route begins at the crest of the hill on Scarborough Lane going eastward, continues down Ocean Way, and then turns onto Christopher Drive. No part of the parade is on Duck Road (SR 12). Please plan to arrive at least 1/2 hour early to get the best parade viewing spot.
